Our Promise to You

Advance Design Studio, Ltd. is solely owned by Todd and Christine Jurs who have been married since 2002. They are inextricably involved in overseeing all operations of the company on a day-to-day basis since the company began in 1992. Their philosophy of “Client First” is something that is interwoven into the fabric of the company.

Client relationships have to be the #1 priority for our company. If a client is unhappy, our staff is charged to do whatever is necessary to resolve the situation as soon as possible. We know that this kind of statement is cliché in the business world, often not backed by real life action as we see daily in our own personal experiences.

The unpredictable nature of remodeling makes it a challenging industry to be successful in. Remodeling is never a perfect science, rather a talent and a skill gained from years of experience. Talk with any of our past clients and they may tell you there was a challenge or two on their project, but that any situation was resolved in a more than satisfactory manner. The commitment to this viewpoint comes at a cost, one we are willing to pay in order to maintain the high reputation Advance Design Studio enjoys. In an industry fraught with mistrust and broken promises, our clients enjoy promises kept and money well invested. We can’t imagine doing it any other way.

Remodeling your home can be one of the largest investments you may make in your lifetime. People and processes aren’t easily measured when comparing proposals filled with products and prices. One must look closer at the people, their actual capabilities, and the processes behind the paper. The highest consideration must be taken when choosing the people and the company you will partner with to make your dream a reality.
