The Hard Work Begins

This phase of the project is where all the hard work gets completed. Design options are worked through until they are finalized. Plans, elevations, and perspectives are worked through often many times until they are just right. An educational approach is taken to material selections. Your designer will educate you as you walk through each area of material selections, so that you make the best choices for your home and your budget. At each meeting, your designer provides for you the most recent update of your current Financial Analysis, all the while helping you rectify your design and product selections with your financial goal. Options for consideration may be tracked separately until suggestions and decisions can be finalized.

Culminating the design period, a detailed, itemized custom proposal will be prepared for you carefully depicting each area, selection, finish, and model number. Virtually nothing is left to chance. It is our belief that the more detail we can specify in advance, the less chance there is for misunderstandings and disappointment later.

After your proposal is approved, preparation for construction begins for our team behind the scenes. Any permits required are applied for and processed with the appropriate city. Our production team handles all ordering, tracking and delivery right to our warehouse. All technical verifications are done in the field. Detailed installation drawings for all interior finishes and cabinetry are compiled and finalized for the field crews. Scheduling and timelines are created and coordinated.

Your design team may spend literally hundreds of hours on your project and coordinate hundreds of details! Their talent and attention to detail during this phase in particular assures the smoothest of transitions to the field upon the start date. Your project is “done” on paper, the first assurance that your project will go as planned.
