What to Expect
Your Project Manager will meet with you a series of times through out your project, as well as will be available to you on site most days, by email, and by phone any time. He will begin your project at your home with a Pre-Construction Meeting designed to discuss expectations with regards to home access, clean up, pets and children, scheduling, and anything else that may concern you.
Your Project Manager is in charge of all scheduling with regards to construction, managing any tradesmen and your in house Advance Design carpentry crew. He controls and schedules all deliveries to the site. Your Project Manager is dedicated to making sure you know what to expect, and may touch base with you on a day to day basis to update the Timeline Schedule you will receive at the start of your project.
A series of other benchmark meetings will be hi-lighted on your timeline depicting key times you will meet. Your Project Manager and your Designer often times will do these meetings with you, to continue to walk through critical areas in the field as necessary. A Pre-Completion meeting will be scheduled when the project is almost complete, to walk through final details and note any areas in need of attention. Upon full completion of your project, the last meeting will occur for your final approval on every last detail.
