The Most Exciting Part!

Construction once it begins can be exhilarating! Demolition goes relatively quickly and surprises most people. We take as much care as possible to keep debris at a minimum, often taking it offsite in our own dump truck right away. We do our best to make living in your home during construction as comfortable as possible. We understand the emotional peaks and valleys homeowners experience during this process.

Advance Design has remained committed to flexibility in regards to making changes or adding things during construction. It should be understood that while changes are readily accepted, that timelines may become affected to incorporate changes and additions. Your ultimate satisfaction is our goal, and we will do whatever is possible in order that you get the most out of your remodeling experience.

Although the project is supervised and maintained by your Project Manager, site visits throughout the project may be made by your Designer, who remains involved in the project to make sure designs on paper when executed in the field meet original expectations. Your Designer may request your presence in these meetings to verify minor details. It has been proven a time-tested truth that our hands-on approach to Project Management during Construction is a major key to our success in client relationships and projects as a whole.
